Water: 1L

Sugar: 1/2 cup

Wine starter pack: 3 packs

Wine yeast: 1 spoonful

Wine chips: 1 tablespoon

Goji berries: 1 &1/4 cup

Preparation

Step 1


Add Goji berries and sugar into mixing jug, fill with boiling water


Step 2


Add to fermenter and let mixture cool till warm to touch.


Step 3


Add wine pack and wine yeast.


Step 4


Place in machine and allow fermentation process to start
