Ingredients

For creating mango yoghurt

Milk powder: 1 1/3 cup (Or 1L UHT milk)

Water: 900mL (No water if using UHT milk)

Probiotic pack: 1 pack

Sugar: 1/3 cup (optional)

Fruit: 3 mangos


Program: Yoghurt


For creating lassi

Mango yoghurt: 1 cup

Ice: 1 cup

Sugar: 1/4 cup

Preparation

Step 1


Add milk powder (or UHT milk) spices, mango and sugar into mixing jug, fill with cool boiled water or filtered water


Step 2


Add yoghurt pack.


Step 3


Place in machine and allow fermentation process to start


Step 4


After yoghurt is complete, add mango yoghurt, ice, sugar into yoghurt blender
