Ingredients
Milk powder: 1 1/3 cup (Or 1L UHT milk)
Water: 900mL (No water if using UHT milk)
Probiotic pack: 1 pack
Sugar: 1/3 cup (optional)
Fruit: 350g  (bananas, blueberries, optional)
Program: Yoghurt
Preparation
Step 1
Add milk powder (or UHT milk) and sugar into mixing jug, fill with cool boiled water or filtered water
Step 2
Add yoghurt pack.
Step 3
Place in machine and allow fermentation process to start .
Step 4
Add fruits and honey to enhance taste
