Berries are a high source antioxidants, vitamins (espcially A,C), and fibres
This live probiotic source can help with digestion, detoxification and boost immunity

原料

Milk powder: 1/3 cup (Or 250mL UHT milk)

Water: 950mL (750mL using UHT milk)

Probiotic pack: 1 pack

Sugar: 1/4 cup

Berries: 350g  (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)


For sparkling version:

Carbonator starter kit: 1 pack


Program:

Probiotic Dairy Drink or Sparkling Probiotic Dairy Drink

准备

Step 1


Add milk powder (or UHT milk) and sugar into mixing jug, fill with cool boiled water or filtered water


Step 2


Add honey, berries, and probiotic pack.


Step 3


Place in machine and allow fermentation process to start (Probiotic dairy drink or Sparkling probiotic dairy drink)


Step 4


For the sparkling version, add carbonator pack and carbonator yeast to the carbonator.
